To volunteer your time or services or to make a donation to our
raffle or set-up fund, please contact the appropriate person below. If
you aren't sure who to contact, get in touch with our Local
Coordinator.
Event Safety Patrol (ESP) Coordinator-
Liz
To volunteer for ESP, voice safety concerns, report
issues, etc.
Volunteer duties: alerting ESP Coordinator of dangers,
issues, etc.; generally alerting necessary people in case of
trouble or emergency; controlling access into and out of the festival
before and during the event.
Decorations Coordinator-
Meredith
To donate decorations or volunteer to help
decorate the venue.
Volunteer duties: decorating the venue & setting up the altar
before the event; taking down decorations and altar at the end of the
night.
Raffle Coordinator-
Meg
To donate items for the raffle or volunteer to help
in the booth.
Volunteer duties: possibly scouting for donations for the raffle
and helping to sell raffle tickets at the event.
Front Gate Coordinator-
Starduster
To volunteer to work the front gate.
Volunteer duties: Welcoming our guests with a smile; taking
donations and handing them over to the Charity Liaison; stamping all
who enter so that they may re-enter if they leave; distributing "no
photo" indicators; generally controlling access to area before and
during the event and answering questions as possible.
Charity Liaison- TBA Please contact the

Duties: Coordinating intake and storage of goods taken in for our
charity at the event & making sure these items are delivered to the
charity in a timely manner afterward

Entertainment Coorrdinators-

To get information about performing at the
festival
Stage Manager-
Panisch
To volunteer as a Roadie.
Volunteer duties: Helping performers load their gear in and
out throughout the event. Must have good, strong back and knees for
this position, please. Previous band/roadie experience
not required, but a plus!
Youth Activities Coordinator- Davida
Moonsong
To volunteer to help in Youth Activities or
donate art/craft supplies.
Volunteer duties: Helping to keep an eye on the kids; signing
the kids in and out of the Youth Activity area; helping set the kids
up with projects to do; keeping the area safe and clean, etc.
Pagan Paparazzi-
Rocco
To get copies of any photos taken of you at the
event. If you wish to be Pagan Paparazzi at the event, please contact
the Local Coordinator.
Volunteer duties: taking good photos of the people and action
before and during the event; ensuring no one with a "no photos" marker
is photographed in such a way as to be recognized; sending your photos
to the Web Witch for inclusion on the site and MySpace.
Media Coordinator-
Matt
To volunteer to help spread the word, arrange an
interview with the coordinators or give suggestions of places to
advertise, places where promo appearances can be done, etc.
Volunteer duties: distributing flyers to various places around
town; helping find advertising places, etc.
Web Witch-
Jolie Bonnette AKA Aazari the Mad Artist/Drummer Chica
